Tips!

  • hold the earphone with the loudspeaker opening/slots/holes facing into your ear
  • the cable outlet positioned to the rear with most models
  • pull your earlobe through the earpiece loop, to secure the fitting

With this model of earpiece, the cable outlet is positioned to the front. Pull the soft rubber zig-zag loop over your ear & earlobe.

Sanitising for COVID-19

The standard tourguide earpieces are non-intrusive and may be sanitized using an alcohol-infused wipe. Avoid contacts on the plugs – wipe-off any alcohol immediately from contacts with a dry cloth.
