We work with your project manager to select the most appropriate tour guide equipment, design the technical configuration (including frequency management and licensing), and plan the logistics wherever the event is held.
We’ll configure and set up the equipment ready for the event, and manage the hand-out and collection of the tour guide headsets.
We’ll be on-hand to help presenters & listeners who may be unfamiliar with using the equipment.
If you’re planning to use multiple tour guides or presenters for each group, perhaps with audio from multimedia equipment, then we have additional resources like radio-microphones, delegate discussion microphones, audio mixers, PA systems by BOSE Professional for main presentations and discussions, ‘voice-from-above’ paging announcements, portable PA for indoor and outdoor pop-up stands.
